To ensure your article is accepted when you write for us, please follow these requirements carefully. Articles that don’t meet these standards will be declined without review:

• Word count: Minimum 800 words — longer, in-depth articles (1500+) are strongly preferred
• Original content: Articles must be 100% original and not published anywhere else online
• No AI content: Purely AI-generated articles will not be accepted — human expertise required
• No promotional tone: Educational content only — no direct product pitches or advertorials
• Images: Include at least 1–2 relevant images (royalty-free, Creative Commons, or your own)
• Formatting: Use proper H2/H3 headings, bullet points, and short paragraphs for readability
• Links: Maximum 1 dofollow link to your site. External links must be relevant and authoritative
• Bio: Include a short author bio (50–80 words) with your name, photo, and a social link

🚫 We Do NOT Accept

Please do not submit articles in the following categories — they will be declined immediately:

• Casino, gambling, adult, pharma, crypto, or loan-related content
• Articles already published on other websites or blogs
• Low-quality, spun, or purely AI-generated content
• Articles with excessive self-promotional or affiliate links
• Content unrelated to our niche (image tools, design, photography, web optimization)

📨 How to Write for Us — Submission Process

Ready to write for us? Here’s how the process works:

• Step 1: Choose a topic from the list above that hasn’t been covered on our blog recently
• Step 2: Send your pitch (title + brief outline) or full draft to our email
• Step 3: Include “Guest Post Submission” in the subject line of your email
• Step 4: We review all submissions within 3–5 business days and reply to every email
• Step 5: If accepted, we’ll schedule publication and notify you with the live link

We accept pitches and completed drafts equally. If you’re unsure whether your topic fits, send a brief pitch first and we’ll let you know before you invest time writing the full article.
